Sims White Architects is a local Toowoomba practice combining the extensive combined experience of directors Tony White and Stephen Sims. Since its inception in 2012, Sims White Architects has built a strong reputation for reliability and excellent outcomes, servicing clients such as Qld Department of Education, Catholic Education, Qld Health, Building and Asset Services and Toowoomba Regional Council as well as the private sector. We also love to work with clients looking to build or renovate their homes.

At the core of our business model is having the same dedicated and experienced director coordinating your project from start to finish – attending your meetings, producing your design and contract drawings and overseeing it during construction. As a small local firm, we offer a personalised service with our skilled in-house team and we have collaborative relationships in place to offer greater capacity when needed.

Being regionally based, we have a strong desire to produce work that is sensitive to its unique context and climate and grounded in sound environmental principles. High level environmental outcomes can be achieved at little or no additional cost to the project – while the rewards are great.
We are accustomed to working across vast distances and have successfully completed projects in locations including Townsville, Rockhampton, Quilpie, Broome, Emerald, Longreach and Barcaldine.
